KATHMANDU: Despite a few rounds of one-on-one meetings, Prime Minister KP Oli and Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" are as yet at loggerheads on the criteria of cabinet reshuffle.
PM Oli and Chairman Dahal are trying to arrive at an agreement on the criteria for supplanting ministers, party sources said.
