KATHMANDU, Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai directed office bearers of Pashupati Area Development Trust to get ready for opening Pashupatinath sanctuary by setting up, fundamental wellbeing security convention, for some period, when the open vehicles continue administration.
