KATHMANDU: The Online Television Journalists Association has encouraged YouTube and online TV columnists to grasp the soul of Journalists Code of Conducts-2073 BS.
The Association's anxiety came after the way some online TV media people adopted to strategy proprietor of a Kapan-based youngster care home, Pushpa Adhikari, started across the board concern with respect to their business as usual.
The Association has asked them to know about media morals. In a press proclamation, Association general secretary Raju Subedi said code of behaviors for the said writers would be coming.
Until it is done, they (YouTube and online TV columnists) are mentioned to agree to the Journalists Code of Conducts.
Furthermore, they have been asked for self-remedy and to keep the feeling of social duty.
The new media law isn't sufficient to manage issues concerning new methods for correspondences and a climate is yet to be made for newcomers in media for sharing encounters, learning and developing information and thoughts, and for organization working, as indicated by the Association which was formally settled a year ago after the main national social event of online TV administrators hung on February 7.
It looks for the solidarity among the individuals worried for cleaning, reinforcing and demonstrable skill of the related field.
