Therefore, the thinking has developed that only those who are ready to consider KP Oli as a single leader will remain in the party. While a communist party operates in method and system. That is, the supremacy of the Central Committee, all members under the Central Committee, individuals under the organization and the decision of one General Convention can only be changed by another General Convention.
But the fate of the UML is as a Russian poet said: If you are a traitor, accuse others of treason. If you are upset, point the finger at others.
Otherwise, the leadership and legislation elected from the Ninth General Convention would have remained. No one should be accused of splitting the party. The main reason for this crisis is the 'lust for honor' of party president KP Sharma Oli. He is dreaming of a green tree by cutting the roots.

Jhapa uprising and inter-conflict
The organization, ideology and leadership of today's CPN-UML was formed in the period from 2027 BS to 2047 BS. Then we are in the election from the election. But at the time when we started the political activism and initiative of UML stream building, the communist parties were divided - Pushpalal group, Masal group, Purbakoshi Manmohan group and so on. We broke away from the former Koshi provincial group in August 2028. The controversy erupted a year ago. Jhapa became a district committee.
But there was a dispute between us - about killing people. Influenced by the Naxalites, we considered Charu Majumdar as the leader. The issue arose that Charu Majumdar is not our leader, he is the leader of our country. There is a controversy that there is no revolution by killing people, that the path is wrong and that is what should be done.
At the same time, the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) received a nine-point suggestion from the Chinese Communist Party (CPC). The CPC had also sent suggestions on the path and leader of the revolution. The CPC said, "It is not your revolution, it is not a revolution by killing people and the slogan of China's president, our president is also wrong." There is no president of one country, no president of another. '
We also raised this issue. Ramnath Gyawali, Mohan Chandra Adhikari, KP Oli and I were in that line. But RK and CP Mainali did not agree. In the beginning, there was a two-line struggle. After the assassination of Dharmaprasad Dhakal, the course moved forward and conflict within the party escalated.
In 2029, I became the secretary of Morang as students from Morang came to look for people living underground. Madhav met Nepal in Jogwani. Meanwhile, the CPs in Jhapa did not allow Mohan Chandra to stay. Our understanding was that the path of assassination does not make a party.
And Mohan Chandra and I advised: I went to Narayani to form a party. Mohan Chandra said that he would consult Pushpalal. But he did not come in contact. KP Oli disappeared after Ram Nath was arrested. Later, Mohan Chandra and KP Oli Madhav Kumar came in contact with Nepal. Madhav Nepal kept him in Rautahat with the help of Krishna Prasad Bhandari (Senior Advocate) of Rautahat.

He was arrested a week after I met Mohan Chandra in Birgunj. Going to play volleyball in a village in Madhesh would be easy to identify. During the meeting in Birgunj, I had a dispute with Mohan Chandra. Mohan Chandra and KP were imprisoned. After 14 years of their release, the communist elements had formed a strong and united party.
Leaders like Madan Bhandari, Madhav Nepal, Jhala Nath Khanal, Amrit Bohora, Ishwar Pokhrel and others who are out of jail (when to be arrested and released) became active in building organization, ideas and leadership.
Unity Journey to the Coordination Center
In 2032 BS, let us unite and form a coordination center: CP Mainali, Madhav Nepal, Jhala Nath Khanal, Amrit Bohora, Mukunda Neupane, Maniram Rai, Govinda Neupane and one Indian citizen. Govinda Neupane and Maniram Rai are separate from politics. Indian citizens went there.
But CP, Govinda Neupane, Madhav Nepal and Jhala Nath Khanal were arrested one after another. The rest of the leaders insisted on hiding their friends and building organizations. A year after Koke was formed, Manilal Rai, Ishwar Pokharel and I were out. It was the responsibility to protect the cadres. Some were sent to Dhanusha and some to Bara.
Towards the end of 2033, the CPs broke out of jail. Madhav left Nepal. In the year 2034 BS, the leaders of Mukti Morcha Madan Bhandari, Modnath Prashrita, Jivraj Asrit and Vamdev Gautam came. They had burst from Pushpalal.
The Dhanusha meeting of 2035 BS agreed to unite Koke and Mukti Morcha. The red flag of the east also came. The CPN (Maoist) was formed on December 26, 2035 BS in Itahara, Morang, Madan Bhandari's village. The division of labor was divided into Madan Bhandari Koshi, Jivraj Asrit Lumbini, Madhav Nepal Janakpur, Ishwar Pokharel Sagarmatha, Jhalanath Khanal Mechi, Amrit Bohora Bagmati and others.
Inter-conflict, unity and success
Congress participated in the 2036 BS referendum. The Left forces adopted a policy of boycott. At that time, there was inter-conflict within the party. But despite the boycott policy, we got a great opportunity to build a party. The way to organize in broad daylight paved the way for the compulsion to hide.
Congress used to hold meetings. We were on a boycott policy. But the cultural campaign reached all over the country. Sankalp Parivar went all over the country with cultural programs. In some places, up to five thousand people participated. Male posters began to appear on the walls. Public support and cadre formation intensified.
But infighting erupted within the party. CP Mainali Dalal Capitalism used to say such words without saying that the main contradiction was with the king. The CP's statement that we should support the King's proposal for a peace zone made us doubt - "We are not going to agree with the King!"
By 2039 BS, CP had submitted his resignation four times. Leaders in jail, including RK Mainali, also opposed the CP. Therefore, in 2039 BS, we removed CP from the Kalapani meeting between Sindhuli and Mahottari and made Jhala Nath Khanal the General Secretary. Madhav Nepal was second and Jhala Nath Khanal was third.
The policy changed after Jhalanath came to power. Lenin's policy of using open struggle was adopted. That policy made Mal मा a party with a nationwide organization. After fielding pro-people candidates mainly in 2043 BS, the party of pro-people candidates became Malay. About a thousand Pradhan Panchs and Ward Chairmen were elected. The shelter of underground leaders has now become the home of the Pradhan Panch. The presence and size of the mall was safely increased using the statutory platform.
ML Party became a party interfering in national politics. Talks started with the Congress. Initiatives were taken towards the formation of the Left Front. The Maoists had become a decisive force in building the background of the people's movement. KP Oli, who was in jail, was released at the same time.
The people's movement was successful. Madan Bhandari was the party leader. The party united with the Marxists. UML was formed. The party's principle of multi-party democracy of the people (Jabaj) was passed by the fifth general convention. By the time it was passed, there was intense ideological debate within the party. Ideological contradictions had made the party stronger and stronger. But today, the leader who made this history and history of UML is not with Oli.
And, KP Oli
Friends in jail did not get to experience the difficult days of party building. Prison friends did not have the experience of building an organization among the people. Production struggle, social struggle and scientific application are the basic things of knowledge building. But they did not have a deep knowledge of social movement. Because I didn't have to live in such a society. There was no need to form an organization. That is why mistakes are being made now.
