Those who attack health professionals will face retaliation


KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs has expressed that lawful move will be made against those associated with the beating of wellbeing laborers and defacement of medical clinics as it is untrustworthy and unlawful.

In an articulation gave on Friday evening, the service said it was resolved to make a prompt move against anybody associated with the beating of wellbeing laborers. An assertion gave by Home Ministry representative Janak Raj Dahal said, "It is inexcusable that wellbeing foundations and wellbeing laborers are being dealt with and mishandled in this basic condition of the Coronavirus plague."

A wellbeing laborer was beaten at Bheri Hospital on Thursday night. Three individuals have been captured on the charge of being associated with the occurrence. After the passing of the patient, Man Bahadur Rawat, Bharat Raut and Lokraj Rawat of Tulsipur assaulted the wellbeing laborers, as indicated by Banke Police. Police said that all the three have been captured and the inclusion of others is additionally being researched.

As per Home Spokesperson Dahal, an examination board has been framed under the initiative of Banke Assistant Chief District Officer Shankar Bahadur Bista to research the episode. Wellbeing laborers of Bheri Hospital have upset requesting activity against the gathering that assaulted the specialist. The service has coordinated the main region officials of every one of the 77 areas to focus on the security of wellbeing laborers.
