Black Pepper 2-3
One inch ginger piece (grated)
One piece cinnamon
Cardamom 2-3
Clove 2
3-4 leaves of basil (if desired)
Half nutmeg (crushed)
Two cups of milk
A cup of water
Two teaspoons tea leaves
Proprietary sugar
Method :
First of all, put water in a vessel in medium flame to heat it.
Grind black pepper in water, add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and basil leaves and boil for 5 minutes.
Now add tea leaves and boil for 2 minutes.
After this, add milk and cardamom to the water and boil for about 5 minutes.
Add sugar to the tea and simmer for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Your Masala Tea is ready.
