Yuri has his own problems. Her father's organ had to be transplanted, but the hospital refused. She then goes to see someone who can help with the human organ transplant. The man promises to donate organs to his father.
Yong Guo finds out about it. The man Yuri asked for help belonged to a human trafficking gang. For organs, he depends on Yong Gyu and people like him.
The man asks Yong Guo to do it. Even if he wants to get out of this job, he decides to be involved for the last time with Yuri and pay off his debt. Yuri doesn't know anything about it.
Yuri, his father, Yong Guo's team arrives by boat from Korea to China. Yong Guo's team kidnaps one of the passengers and removes his limbs.
In the same boat there is a married couple Sang and Chehi. Chehi is a woman with a disability who walks in a wheelchair. After the Korean boat enters Chinese waters, Chehi disappears from the boat. All her belongings and photos are also lost.
Sang Ho seeks him out but can't find him. At that moment, Yuri says that he met Chehi and talked to her.
On the one hand, Yuri and Sang Ho are looking for Chehi. On the other hand, people are kidnapping and removing organs for Yong Gyo Yuri's father.
